What You Can Expect As a First-Time Brazilian/Bikini Client

The first step is booking your appointment! We ask that you book your appointment on our booking site and go through the consultation prompts. These questions are a precursor to your one-on-one consultation with your sugarista and are essential to customizing your appointment.

We will ask you to rate your comfortability with receiving your service so we know if you need a little extra care! We will also ask you about your hair removal history to get a good idea if you’re a seasoned brazilian-getter or if it’s your first time ever.

 After that, we will send you a pre-care / post-care link so you know how to prepare for your appointment. Some information includes how long you should wait after shaving and the do’s and don’ts of hair removal. When you come to our location, you will be greeted by someone at the front desk. You can have a seat in the waiting area and you will be offered a bottle of water before your service.

You will meet your sugarista and you will begin your one-on-one consultation! You will chat a little bit about sugaring and what to expect and your sugarista will address any concerns you may have!

At this point, you can use the restroom if needed, and your sugarista will show you how to set up/prepare for your service. You will be offered a complimentary wipe to “freshen up” beforehand. She will then step out to allow you privacy.

 A towel will be offered to you as well if you’d like to cover up! She will knock on the door, ask if you’re ready, and she will come in to prepare for your service. Before getting started, she will show you the sugar! She will explain what to expect, and will ask permission before beginning the service.

During the service, she will offer a variety of techniques to make the process easier. She will cover half of the area with a towel for your privacy. Gentle pressure will be applied after hair removal and she will ask you to do breathing techniques throughout your service. A stress ball will be offered if you need it!

After your sugaring treatment is complete, a warm towel will be used to soothe the skin and remove any excess sugar residue. A rosewater + aloe toner will be sprayed on the area and a vitamin E + tea tree oil will be applied. Your service is complete!

Your sugarista will go over post-care instructions and will recommend a time frame for maintenance. We recommend pre-booking to reserve your spot!
