Due to the high demand of our services, we require a deposit of $25 for every 30 minutes of appointment time

Brazilian or Bikini - $25

40 min

Half Leg - $25

1 hr

Full Leg - $50

All appointments require a credit card on file.

You may update this information any time you’d like by adding or removing credit card information.

We understand that emergencies can happen and life can get in the way of beauty services.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you can refer to your confirmations to cancel your previous appointment and reschedule a new one.

If you cancel your appointment more than 12 hours in advance, you will receive a refund of your deposit.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment less than 12 hours ahead of time, please contact us by email (info@shesugars.co) or text (267) 214-5743 to adjust your appointment.

Same day reschedules and cancellations will be charged a late cancellation / reschedule fee.

Fee:

$25 for every 30 minutes of scheduled time

Please note : we do not like charging missed appointment fees ! Please notify us asap if you are unable to make your appointment so we can make the changes on our end, get you rescheduled, and offer your time slot to someone on our waitlist :)

In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, we cannot guarantee service. This can result in rescheduling your appointment or modifying your current appointment slot. The hair removal process isn’t one that should be rushed! It’s in the best interest of all involved.

When purchasing a membership, you will be billed every calendar month every 4 or 5 weeks.

Each membership service must be redeemed within 4-5 weeks between each monthly charge.

In the event you are unable to come in for your appointment, we are unable to transfer any credits and the credits cannot be redeemed for additional services.

There is no initiation fee to sign up and you can cancel your membership at any time.

In the case of missing your appointment with zero communication with She Sugars Co., your 50% deposit will be non-refundable. If you have 2 or more no shows on your file, we will no longer be available to provide you with our services.

Although gratuity is never expected, it's always appreciated:)

gratuities are accepted in the form of cash, Venmo or Zelle at this time

All packages can be purchased in 3 or 5 for Brazilian and Bikini services.

They can be redeemed at any time and do not expire :)

Your 50% off service must be used 4-8 weeks after the first treatment

• Each 50 % off service can be cancelled / rescheduled ( 1 ) times before being forfeited - after the 2nd cancellation/reschedule, the discounted service is forfeited

• Each service cannot be traded for cash value

• discounted services cannot be transferred to another person

• If a 50% off service is cancelled / rescheduled 24 hours or less before the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the total original service cost

Your satisfaction is our #1 priority! If you are unsatisfied with your results or our services, please notify us immediately. We are committed to providing the highest quality sugaring services. In the event that there was a fault on our end, we are prepared to provide a refund. 

A 50% deposit is required upon booking sugaring classes. This deposit is refundable up to 2 weeks before your scheduled class. No exceptions. Each class is blocked off months in advanced for students during normal business hours.

The remainder of your balance for class is due 1 week before your class date. If you are unable to make the additional payment, you cannot come to class, your spot will be offered to another student, and your deposit will be forfeited. You can make payments on your class by accessing your confirmation email or you can notify She Sugars Co. to make your last payment with the card on file. Arriving late to your sugaring class will take away from your class schedule. Instructors are not liable for time lost due to lateness.

For your safety, please notify us if there have been any changes to your health, allergies, pregnancy, and skin care history. Note: you can update your consultation forms at any time on our booking site! If you have any questions or need help with that, we are happy to assist.

We have the right to refuse service to anyone that is behaving improperly, intoxicated, or  has any contraindications to hair removal. 

For allergen and sanitation purposes, no pets in the building please.
